How much does coaching cost?
$45 for 25 minutes , $75 for 50 minutes and $135 for 90 minutes. You pay at booking. Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your session.
Why are there different session lengths (25, 50, 90 minutes)?
Different lengths fit different needs and energy levels. 25 minutes is a focused check-in to keep momentum. 50 minutes is a standard working session for planning and problem solving. 90 minutes are for deeper work when you want space to map systems, review patterns, or reset routines without rushing.
What happens after?
I review your responses, identify the best-fit session length (25/50/90 minutes) and focus, and share 1–3 clear next steps.
